- What happens when I hit 15 cases on Free?
- You can still view and add notes to existing cases. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or delete old cases.
- What does AI search do?
- When you describe a problem, AI search finds similar past cases from your history and shows you what fixed them.
- How does Team pricing work?
- Team starts at 2 seats minimum ($20/mo) and is billed per seat at $10/user/month. The team owner can add or remove seats at any time, and billing is prorated.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period. Your cases are never deleted.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your cases are only visible to you. If you create a team, team-scoped data is shared with members, but your personal data stays private.
